The fully automatic interchangeable purlin production line is designed, developed, and manufactured by our technical team based on the C/Z cold roll-formed purlin equipment from Bradbury, USA. It processes hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel strips through guided feeding, leveling, punching, cutting, and precision roll forming. The system includes pneumatic support racks and automatic stacking machines, transforming the steel strips into C/Z-shaped purlin components for use in steel structure maintenance systems.
The computer control system allows for quick adjustments to any specification of C/Z profiles, ensuring high-speed forming. This system maximizes work efficiency and significantly reduces labor costs. In terms of quality control, we strictly adhere to high standards and requirements. The fully automatic interchangeable C/Z purlin production line consists of a feeding conveyor with leveling, a computer-controlled intelligent punching system with length control, a flat sheet cutting system, an automatic inkjet marking device, the main roll forming machine, and an automatic stacking system for finished products. The automatic inkjet marking system can print text, letters, and numbers on the products, ensuring that each purlin is properly labeled.
